Wear flip-flops in public showers, locker rooms, and
around swimming pools or Jacuzzis. Also change your socks and shoes
often and let your feet air dry when you are at home, instead of
keeping them in tennis shoes all day long. Cotton underwear can
also help prevent jock itch.
